We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at the Leeds offices of an iconic broadcasting company.
The company have a refreshingly different style of service, that positively breaks the mould on what we have come to expect within a corporate environment. It is a fast-paced environment where the team must work together across services to ensure a high level of customer care is maintained, as the role consists of reception, helpdesk and switchboard cover.
The successful Front of House Assistant is the main point of contact for visitors and contractors. They will be responsible to: -
Action any request coming through form the reception and workspace mailboxes.
Assist with collating information/data for reports and ad-hoc documentation to ensure that the client/facilities management team receive appropriate information in a timely manner.
Update SOP guides with new procedures when relevant.
Manage contractor process and completed permits when contractors are on site.
Handle all client queries and supply them with relevant information.
Liaise with the main building reception to make sure all guest and colleagues, VIP have a smooth entry into our floors.
The successful Front of House Assistant will work remotely with our teams at the London, Bristol, Manchester, and Glasgow offices.
The ideal applicant will be bubbly, enthusiastic with a strong passion for customer service. They must have experience in a busy customer service environment and ideally exposure to facilities management responsibilities.
