From our residents who work in the building each day to their external guests, those attending events and the general public who take advantage of the on-site retail operations.
Unlike any other development the experience at this multi tenanted building is frictionless – there are no barriers and not a reception desk to be found. Underground, below the lobby, we also take care of the Active Commuter Park, a space designed to encourage, promote, and connect with active commuters. We continue to research and work with our service partners to support our client achieve their goal of being a service pioneer in the workplace.
