We operate 15 sites across Scotland having arrived in 2011, including in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Greenock.

We’re always continuing to finesse and innovate the way we deliver guest services in a fast-evolving workplace environment. The last few years have seen workplaces change immeasurably. These shifts in how the nation works – and even where and when we work – have led to the rise of new ways of delivering the service, which Portico champions to help our clients optimise space and make productivity gains.

We first opened in Dublin in 2019, when we launched our guest services teams with one of Ireland’s biggest commercial banks. Our client was looking for a new partner to work with them on their move to their new Central Dublin office, and they wanted to elevate the level of service for their clients and teams. Four years on we have formed trusted relationships with several clients in Ireland, offering services ranging from reception and meeting room management to event management.

Our first location in Wales opened in the capital, Cardiff, in 2021. Since then we have opened several more sites around Cardiff in the corporate sector, supporting employees and visitors in their work lives. In addition we look after the welcome experience for several multi-occupied buildings, enlivening the occupier spaces and bringing smiles to everyone that enters the building.

We expanded into France in 2024, launching our first international operation in partnership with one of our sister businesses. This mobilisation marked an exciting step in Portico’s growth, bringing our hospitality-led approach and service excellence to a new market.

Working collaboratively with our partners, we have successfully established a guest services operation that reflects the same people-first culture, professionalism and attention to detail that define our services across the UK. As we continue to grow internationally, our presence in France demonstrates the strength and adaptability of the Portico model in supporting clients across different markets.
