Last week at Portico, we took a moment to celebrate the invaluable contributions of more than 25 team members who have dedicated 5 to 15 years of service at the Long Service Awards. In a heartfelt recognition, employees hitting the 5-year mark were rewarded with an extra day off, while those marking a decade with the company received an additional two days.
One significant milestone provided an opportunity to spotlight Oliver Hiner, Portico's Operations Director, for his remarkable 15 years of service.
