WHAT’S NEW - The Transformational Leadership Level 3 programme, for instance, is a fantastic example of the innovative and forward-thinking approach that we take. It's perfect for emerging leaders who are looking to build their leadership skills and manage groups across different departments. Over the course of 14 months, we'll focus on growing both hard and soft skills, ensuring that our participants are ready to tackle any managerial challenge that comes their way.
- For those with more experience, we offer the Transformational Leadership Level 5 programme for Operational/Departmental Managers. This course is designed to build on your existing skills and provide you with a clear pathway for career progression. It's an excellent opportunity for anyone who's looking to take their leadership skills to the next level.
