This unique opportunity within our Portico family is situated on the 35th Floor of one of the most iconic buildings in London, within a restaurant that offers an unrivalled viewing gallery with panoramic views over London, from a foliage-filled atrium.
We are on the lookout for a Welcome Host who is passionate about providing impeccable service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. The friendly welcome from our team shapes the first impressions that our visitors have of our clients’ premises. The role of the
Welcome Host is to ensure that you provide the highest level of customer care and personal service to all who access the space.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week on an 8 hour shift basis, Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday & Sunday 10:00-21:00. Covering a 7-day operation and including Bank Holidays.
Salary: £32,635
We are looking for people who stand out from the crowd with the very best skills in customer service, to help maintain our 5* standards when interacting with the public. Excellent personal presentation with a genuine smile goes a long way in customer service, so we will be expecting someone who enjoys engaging in conversation and easily develops rapport with others.
