Portico are currently on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our amazing team of Lobby Hosts based at one of the most impressive multi-occupied buildings in London!
This new exciting role is completely different to anything you will have seen before and is truly a glimpse into the future of front of house services. Think of all the things you don’t usually have in a workspace, smart phone check in, facial recognition and speedy access to amenity spaces.
The Lobby Supervisor will supervise a team of Hosts, who set the tone for the first impressions visitors have of our clients’ business. They will work in partnership with the Front of House Manager to establish service excellence within the building. The role of the welcoming team is to ensure that an exceptional high level of customer service is delivered to all visitors and staff that use the space and associated services. The buildings vision is to be the most engaged and responsible workplace through people, technology and excellence. It is a place that will enhance wellbeing, embrace inclusion, inspire knowledge and value the environment. These core elements will be essential in delivering the bespoke services expected.
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm 40 Hours per week.
Salary: £37, 853
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service. You will need to possess strong supervisory skills and have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a reception environment. You will also be passionate about customer service, hardworking, and have a positive outlook on life. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment from any service background - reception experience is preferred but not essential
