Portico are currently on the lookout for a Senior Welcome Host in a world‑renowned law firm near Moorgate, who has just opened a brand‑new workspace and we’re looking for a confident Senior Welcome Host to lead the front‑of‑house experience.

 
As the Senior Welcome Host, you’ll take charge of a team of five, guiding and developing them while setting the standard for exceptional service across the new building. You’ll own the entire visitor journey, ensuring every colleague, client, and guest receives a warm, seamless, and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys leading others, and is excited to shape the first welcome experience in this flagship space.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, between 7:00 -22:00 from Mon-Fri

Salary: £39,000

This is a physically active role, and you’ll be on your feet for most of the day. It’s a great fit for someone with Doorman or Concierge experience, or anyone used to delivering a high standard of front‑of‑house service.

We’re looking for personable, presentable individuals with a strong customer‑first mindset. You’ll be confident managing your time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.

While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver consistently outstanding service. If you have a passion for service excellence, along with a genuine interest in training, coaching, and developing others, this role is for you.
