Portico has a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Receptionist to join our Front of House team based at a Law Firm in the city.
The main duties of this varied role consists of the meet and greet services on the main reception desk, managing meeting room bookings, taking calls on a busy switchboard, and liaising with the firms team and other service providers to ensure that a high end service is consistently provided.
Hours: 40 hour per week, rotating shifts between 7am-7pm from Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,445
Capable of delivering 5* customer service and building working relationships with the internal client team, you will be proactive in all duties and demonstrate a genuine passion for people.
Previous experience within a customer facing role is essential. Experience in corporate reception is desirable.
