Portico have an amazing new opportunity available as a Receptionist (Guest Services Ambassador), who will be a part of our team based at a magic circle law firm in the city.
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines tasks across reception, events, and switchboard functions. 

The Guest Services Ambassador will need to remain agile and flexible to cover the needs of the role, whilst ensuring that the high standards of service are consistently maintained, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

Shift pattern: 40 hour per week, with shifts usually falling between 7am-10pm from Monday to Friday.
Salary: £33,280

Please note that this position is for a 1 year maternity cover contract.

The successful candidate will be capable of delivering 5* customer service and building excellent working relationships with the internal client team. 

They will be proactive, organised, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for people. They will have prior customer service experience, be familiar with room reservations processes and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
