Portico are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Receptionist (Client Host), to join our team based at one of the world's largest general insurance & reinsurance companies.
The Client Host team play and essential role in the front of house services at this site. It is a multifaceted role, with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do!
Duties include: -
Providing a friendly and courteous welcome for all visitors
Handling all incoming telephone calls and enquiries promptly using the correct salutation
Managing all meeting room bookings, queries, changes & requests
“Owning” all front of house areas, carrying out inspections throughout the day to check general cleanliness of multiple conference rooms and reception areas
Replenishing supplies of the necessary items within the front of house areas
Shifts: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri between 07:00-18:00
Salary: £32,266 per annum
Along with clear and effective communication skills. The successful Client Host will be familiar with room reservation operations, have a good knowledge of relevant audio-visual services and effortlessly develop rapport with others.
They will be a well-presented ambassador for our client. Paying attention to the details whilst showing the ability to adapt and think outside of the box to exceed expectations wherever possible. Confidence, passion, punctuality, teamwork and problem-solving skills are all essential traits for this position.
