Portico are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity to join us as a Receptionist, on a 12 month fixed term contract based with our team at a building in the heart of the west end.
Our small reception team at this sleekly designed building are proud ambassadors, defining first impressions and ensuring that the visitor journey is faultless from start to finish. They control access to the buildings office space and provide a friendly welcome to everyone upon arrival. Their ability to manage smooth contractor access and create excellent working relationships with other service providers, ensures a seamless service for anyone using the space.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Varying shifts between 7am-7pm, from Mon-Fri.
Salary: £34,102 per annum
The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude and a big, friendly smile.
Applicants must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and via email.
Adaptability and flexibility are essential.
Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport is a must have skill.
High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel or corporate reception environment.
