The role of the Receptionist is to look after the reception, helping out the hospitality team with the hosting of events, managing the VSM, meeting rooms, assist with the VSM for the set up of meeting rooms and assisting with the AV as and when required. Hosting and taking charge of the reception space and delivering a 5 star customer service at all times.

This role is highly visible and key will be to maintain current strong relationships and standards with clients and the current team onsite. This role is also to support the team leader and client onsite with additional duties as and when required. This role is a standing role & requires proactive lobby hosting providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and visitors.

Salary: £28,974

Hours: 7:00 - 18:00 (8 hour shifts) Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week 

For the successful candidate to fulfil these duties to the standard expected, they will need to be customer focused, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.  They will able to build rapport with the different people, confidently and enthusiastically showing their passion for exceptional customer service.  The successful candidate will also be organised and forward thinking, with the adaptability to work well in a team as well as independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within high-end customer service role.
