We are currently on the lookout for a Regional Front of House Account Manager to oversee our team for a client services portfolio at Portico!

The role of the Account Manager is to look after a portfolio of business within the contract, providing guidance and direction to all direct reports, whilst creating and cultivating a culture of excellence that develops and evolves the business.

People and client relationships will be the key to selected candidates’ success. The Regional Account Manager position is a hands-on role, with the successful candidate being involved in overseeing all aspects of the contract, whilst being open minded, adaptable, and flexible to ensure we aid this evolving business in whichever way is required. 

This role will inevitably involve a degree of travelling between locations in the Greater London area, and it is important that the candidate remains familiar with all aspects of the contract, the operations, and the team employed to deliver the service.

Hours: 8am-5pm, from Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Location: Covering Greater London

It is essential that the successful candidate has extensive experience in a management role, looking after multiple teams within a front of house environment, as well as complex client/stakeholder relationships.

The candidate will need to be open minded, adaptable, flexible, and able to consistently deliver results, often under time constraints and other pressurised factors. Organisation, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate clearly will be critical.
