Portico is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Head Concierge to join our high-performing team based at a well-known bank in the heart of the city

The friendly welcome from our Concierge team impacts the first impressions visitors have of our clients’ business.  They provide the highest level of client care through a personalized bespoke service to all visitors and bank staff that use the Concierge desk and associated services. The Concierge team also oversees the day to day running of the lifestyle platform and promoting this within the business.

The Head Concierge will balance their concierge duties with their head of department duties such as overseeing the financial aspects of the team in the form of sales, stock and monthly reports. They will organize meetings with PA’s presenting new offerings to the business and oversee the smooth running of the Concierge Lifestyle platform and app.  

Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 7am-6:30pm
Salary: £40,000
