Portico are searching for an experienced Bookings and Events Manager to oversee our Advanced Bookings Office and Events Team, based at one of Portico’s most esteemed clients in the banking industry.

The Advanced Booking Office & Events Team look after the event areas and room bookings, as well as assisting our WSH family on site with large and VIP bookings. The successful candidate will provide direction to the team, ensuring that the exceptionally high service standards are met, guiding each team members development, and ensuring that the team work seamlessly with other service providers.

The Advanced Bookings Office and Events Manager will also play a role in business development, by participating in sales presentations and site show rounds, as well as identifying sales opportunities and effectively converting them into bookings. 

This position is officed based, as the Advanced Bookings Office and Events Manager’s presence on site is imperative to the success of the role. Due to the timing of certain events, there is also a level of flexibility required around the working hours to ensure that the successful candidate is present during events.

Shifts: 40 hours from Monday – Friday, with flexible working hours
Salary: £46,350 per annum

Experience in Events is essential, preferably within a corporate environment.
