International Women’s Day is always an important date in the Portico calendar. Not only is it an opportunity to celebrate our incredible Portico women, but also to reflect on what we’re doing to support and encourage them within our family.
We’re proud to say that Portico is in the top 9% of UK companies that doesn’t report a gender pay gap. In addition, 50% of our senior leadership are women, as well as 70% of our operational management team.
We believe this is partly due to our culture of development and recognition within Portico. We offer dedicated coaching for employees who want to expand their skills or learn new ones, as well as rewarding those we feel go above and beyond. This encourages all staff to be their best and contribute to Portico’s overall success.
