Finalists at Premises & Facilities Management Awards 2022

We are absolutely delighted to be nominated a finalist for two at the PFM Partnership Awards 2022.

The awards recognize the essential role effective partnerships play in delivering exemplary service, and they focus on rewarding the very best examples of these within all sectors areas of the FM industry. We are a finalist for the Partners in Corporate category, for our work with NatWest. Portico and NatWest formed their partnership in 2018. Working through the challenges of Covid pandemic led to a deeper bond between the Portico soon became the face and beating heart of NatWest’s offices spread throughout the UK. Our collaboration with NatWest was a journey of learning for both companies, as we were navigating the restrictions imposed on businesses. The needs of the offices and employees had changed, so the FM services and support had to follow suit. With Portico by their side, NatWest began a period of transformation of their offices across the country. Offices that had been underutilised, now they had a function they had never had before. Each office became a local community hub for NatWest, whilst also providing flexible working space for those who did not want to work from home, needed to hold a meeting or were passing through. With Portico’s assistance, the community offices came to life and began a new post-Covid journey. It was more than just maintaining and managing offices, this partnership is about communication, cooperation, and delivering on the ingrained visions and values of NatWest which makes this fresh, innovative partnership thrive as office life. Portico is also up for the Team Member of the Year category with colleague Nyall Donlon. This category is only open to finalists within the Partnership categories and must be a non-managerial member of staff, who has provided exemplary levels of professionalism and support beyond the call of duty. Nyall Donlon has already made a huge mark on Portico and we wish him the best of luck.

A glittering black-tie event, the PFM Partnership Awards ceremony and dinner is taking place on 2 November. Congratulations to all the finalists and see you on the night!
