Our partnership started when their guest service providers underwent a TUPE transfer from an outsourced provider into Portico. We immediately began to support the business through our trademark talented and passionate teams.
One of the first things we did was to embed a Portfolio Manager within the group in order to champion occupier engagement. This was done by creating an exciting events calendar and a number of ‘surprise and delight’ moments.
We also spread our Portico people across a range of core welcome services within reception, occupier communications and social media channels. This led to us doubling their contract value in just 2 years!
Thanks to the strong relationship we’ve built and the amazing efforts of our Portico teams, we helped to improve overall occupier satisfaction and engagement and scored over 95% in mystery audits. The contract continues to grow through our trusted partnership, and we’re excited to see their guest services flourish even further thanks to our Portico people.
