One of the first things we did was to embed a Portfolio Manager within the group in order to champion occupier engagement. This was done by creating an exciting events calendar and a number of ‘surprise and delight’ moments.
We also spread our Portico people across a range of core welcome services within reception, occupier communications and social media channels. This led to us doubling their contract value in just 2 years!
Thanks to the strong relationship we’ve built and the amazing efforts of our Portico teams, we helped to improve overall occupier satisfaction and engagement and scored over 95% in mystery audits. The contract continues to grow through our trusted partnership, and we’re excited to see their guest services flourish even further thanks to our Portico people.
