We are delighted to share that at the UK Employee Experience Awards we won a gold award in the Use of Digital Technologies category; silver in the Best Company to Work For – Large Company category and bronze in the Employee Training and Development – Continuous Learning category.
The employee engagement platform we introduced to support colleagues during the pandemic, and our subsequent longer-term employee engagement app, Heartbeat, saw us scoop the gold award in the Use of Digital Technologies category. We were awarded silver in the Best Company to Work For – Large Company category due to our continuous investment in driving a positive company culture. We have successfully created an environment that inspires loyalty in which colleagues thrive and are supported in reaching their full potential. The bronze award, in the Employee Training and Development – Continuous Learning category, was awarded for learning and development being a ‘promise’ not an ‘initiative’ that is deep rooted in our DNA. We make a commitment and development promise to every colleague that joins our family. Not only do we focus on professional development, but we also target wellness, personal skills and success.
This is the second year that we have won the UK Employee Experience Awards. Last year we were crowned the overall winner for both the Delivering Customer Experience and Employee-Centric Company categories.
The UK Employee Experience Awards recognises the organisations, people, and initiatives that are improving the world of work. The Awards programme is run by Awards International, holders of the Gold Standard Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.
