Hanna Barrett has been promoted to Director of Operations to further shape our Client Service expertise and to provide leadership and direction to Operations Managers and the business, supporting our vision and ensuring client retention.
Simon Pratt, our Managing Director said:

Her role will further strengthen the foundation of our operational leadership team, ensuring our people and teams are closely supported for long term success and growth.”
Hanna’s appointment marks a key moment in her development at Portico. A member of the Portico family for many years, Hanna began her career in 2006 as a receptionist. She has since worked tirelessly, taking on more responsibility and challenging roles, progressing to Senior Operations Manager in January 2016.
Hanna was responsible for launching Portico’s Training and Development Academy, with over 50 training sessions focussed on developing individuals at all levels within the business. Her role as Client Services Manager at Portico saw Hanna take responsibility for multiple teams and client accounts, with three of her teams scooping awards at Portico’s annual awards ceremony.
Also appointed from within our business, Sophie Chaney who joined Portico two years ago following an established career in the restaurant, luxury hotel and hospitality sector, takes up the position of Director of Residential Operations, which will see her manage, motivate and develop our growing Residential portfolio and services.
