Last week we launched our first AMA (ask me anything), whereby our four directors addressed our people's questions and concerns surrounding the new challenges impacting Portico. In addition to our Portico:Connect e-newsletter, we saw the benefit of virtual face-to-face conversations.
Our first AMA session was facilitated by our Learning and Development Manager Victoria Craig, who voiced our people questions to MD Paul Jackson, Operations Directors Hanna Barrett and Oliver Hiner, and Business Development Director Amanda Baber. This videos focus was around the new Furlough scheme, flexible working, health and safety and managing anxieties.
We were also joined by the newest member of the Portico family - 4 week old Jude. Thank you Hanna for making us laugh with his antics!
