We’re searching for a dynamic, people centric Guest Services Manager to lead the creation of a brand new guest services operation within the stunning new Dublin city centre offices of one of the world’s largest consultancy firms.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, designing the guest experience, building your own team, and setting the tone for a world class welcome.
As Guest Services Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every detail of the guest journey. Your creativity, planning, and passion for hospitality will define the service ethos at this prestigious location.
You will:
- Build, inspire, and lead a brand new guest services team
- Craft and deliver a standout visitor experience that reflects the firm’s culture and values
- Take full ownership of staff performance, visitor flow, and overall client satisfaction
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, innovate, and continuously elevate the service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring excellence is lived, not just planned
- Develop trusted relationships with the client’s team and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other service partners to ensure seamless, high value delivery

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: €55,000 per annum.
Essential Experience & Background
- Proven experience leading a large, high performing guest services or reception team within a corporate environment or a 5 star hotel
- Demonstrated ability to deliver premium, high end service standards in a fast paced, client focused setting
- Full understanding of the employee lifecycle, including: Recruitment and selection; Onboarding and induction; Training and development; Performance management and appraisals; HR processes and employee relations (with support from central teams)
- Strong operational awareness with the confidence to take ownership of the staff and visitor journey from start to finish
Leadership & Communication
- An excellent communicator who can influence, motivate, and inspire at all levels
- A leadership style that naturally drives performance, lifts morale, and creates a culture where team members feel empowered and valued
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner service providers
- Comfortable being a visible, hands on leader, present in the day to day operation
- Experience of change management will be highly advantageous
