The role is diverse. No day is the same as you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that happens around the front desk. From meet & greet to administration tasks, room bookings and liaising with Office Managers and contractors, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and acquire new ones.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: £31,875
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer & communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility and ability to work with different stakeholders and most of all, a genuine passion for delivering a 5-star service at all times.
A background in the hospitality or customer service industries would be a benefit. Good knowledge of MS office. A driven individual who can self motivate. Problem solving skills, and a basic understanding of Facilities.
