Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at our Birmingham Multinational Law Firm offices.
As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app.
Some of the duties expected of you are to create & maintain bookings via Condeco, Greet Clients & Colleagues, Liase with Catering & Facility Teams, consistently maintain excellent standards, Manage Parking System, Prepare name badges, Prepare and maintain Meeting rooms throughout the day.

Hours: 35 Hours a week - 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:30 - 17:30
Salary - £23,400
Applicants will need to be passionate, hardworking, ambitious, punctual and able to deliver 5* customer service.
