Portico are searching for a Senior Corporate Receptionist to join our front of house operation at the offices of a global investment company in the city. 

From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team takes care of the entire visitor experience at this exciting location! They are ultimately the go-to people in the office, covering a wide range of tasks.

This hands on and varied role will encourage you to create an exceptional welcome for both members of staff and the visitors entering the building. You will also be involved in meeting room management, including the booking of meeting rooms, meeting room and hospitality set up, and escorting guests and clients to the relevant rooms.

To exceed expectations, you will need to work closely with all other service providers, ensuring a seamless experience is provided to all staff using the environment. 

As well as high levels of operational involvement, the Senior Receptionist will assist the Front of House Lead in supervising the team on a day-to-day basis, setting the standard, coaching team members and guiding their development. 

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri 
Salary: £36,000

We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They will have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. 

Previous supervisory experience is essential, within a customer focused, corporate or high-end hospitality environment.
