We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Lead to oversee our front of house operation at the corporate offices of a global investment company in the City. From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team of 7 takes care of the entire visitor experience, ensuring a friendly greeting and hosting to client suites, along with co ordinating all internal and external operations across the floors.

Our new Front of House Lead will work alongside the Operations Manager and our client to find new ways to innovate and exceed guest expectations. Defining the standard, this stimulating role will give you the chance to inject some of your style into the service-focused culture of the operation, ensuring that every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading experience! 
 
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £43,500

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail. The successful candidate must also have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. As they will be the go-to person for the client, they must be an excellent ambassador for Portico, displaying a flexible approach and can do attitude. 

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Previous is experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential.

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake & have a full clean credit and DBS check, as well as providing 5 years work history references upon request, explaining any gaps.
