This is a varied role working Front of house providing Meet & Greet duties on a hospitality floors or working from one of the various concierge desks providing switchboard duties, reservations duties, taxis bookings , responding to internal service queries. and providing general /assistance on internal floors.
FTC - 6 months
Hours: 40 Hours (Monday - Friday) 08.00 19.00 hrs
Salary:
Previous experience gained in a corporate or customer facing environment preferred. It is essential to have excellent verbal and written English language. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Experience gained working on a Hospitality floor, as a switchboard operator and room booking/reservations would also be preferred. Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable. You will need to be a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience within an amazing company.
