The Client Support Executive will be part of a team of 7 responsible for looking after the visitor journey, reception desk, meeting room management, as well as ad hoc admin duties and liaising closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth overall experience. Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills, giving them the ability to build long lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management. The CSE will be expected to provide excellent customer service at the client floor receptions and ground floor.
Hours: 7am-7pm
Salary: £31,200
Experience of delivering 5 star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential, as long as a positive can-do attitude.
