On 24 June 2026, guest services professionals from across the industry came together for the Corporate Guest Services Awards 2026, an evening dedicated to recognising excellence, innovation and outstanding workplace experiences. As proud hosts of the event, Portico was delighted to celebrate not only the wider industry but also the success of three exceptional Portico People recognised amongst this year’s finalists and winners.

Receptionist of the Year Winner: Michael Kelly
We are incredibly proud of Michael Kelly, who was named Receptionist of the Year. Michael’s achievement reflects his unwavering commitment to service excellence, his ability to build meaningful connections with clients and guests, and the professionalism he brings to every interaction. In a milestone moment for the awards, the accolade was jointly awarded for the first time, making the recognition even more special.
Recognising Outstanding Talent
Alongside Michael’s success, both Paulina Kobylska and Rory Bourke were celebrated as a finalists. Both achievements are a testament to the talent, passion and dedication demonstrated by our people every day.
