This is your opportunity to join our team based at a prestigious global banking institution and play a key role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences through world class audio visual support.

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Technician to take ownership of day to day AV operations within a high profile corporate environment. You will be part of a dedicated AV team responsible for ensuring all audio visual services run seamlessly across meeting spaces, conference rooms, and live event environments.
Your work will directly support the bank’s commitment to service excellence, ensuring every visitor, stakeholder, and internal team member enjoys a smooth, professional, and reliable AV experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for all audio visual systems and technologies
  • Conduct daily checks and preventative maintenance on AV equipment
  • Manage and support live events, ensuring all technical requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality AV services
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, faults, and resolutions

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,891 per annum

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in an Audio Visual Technician role
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A flexible, can do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
