Portico is delighted to have retained its Gold ‘Accredited Learning Department’ status from the Learning and Performance Institute, achieving an excellent score of 96%.

The accreditation evaluated our Learning & Development function across six critical areas: leadership, skills, culture, technology, data and infrastructure. Retaining Gold status demonstrates the strength, maturity and consistency of our approach to developing our people, also ensuring our clients benefit from well-trained, engaged teams who deliver high-quality, guest-focused experiences.

This achievement reflects a business-wide commitment to learning and continuous improvement. By using the LPI’s insights and recommendations, we continue to develop our capability, adapt to evolving client needs and future-proof our service delivery, as well as offering L&D programmes to our clients.
