Our journey to assemble this exceptional team took us to the streets of Dublin, where we distributed business cards and attracted the finest talent available. We also tapped in to local recruiters and their networks and set the scene of the behaviours we were looking to unearth. The resulting team boasts a diverse background, all sharing a common focus on delivering exceptional service.
Starting from scratch, we meticulously crafted procedures, defined guest journeys, and established high standards tailored to the new commercial banking office. Fast forward five years, and we are proud to secure another 5 year contract after two successful terms. Despite the inevitable changes brought about by the pandemic, the service has not only endured but thrived. Our team has weathered some changes, with at least half of the members being part of the journey since the very beginning (the pandemic slightly impacting retention).
