This unique opportunity within our Portico family is situated on the 35th Floor of one of the most iconic buildings in London, within a restaurant that offers an unrivalled viewing gallery with panoramic views over London, from a foliage-filled atrium.

We are on the lookout for a Welcome Team Leader who is passionate about providing impeccable service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. The warm welcome from our team determines the first impressions that our visitors have of our clients’ premises.

The role consists of supervising and motivating a team of 5, overseeing a welcome and helpdesk service. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the supervision and development of the Welcome Team, as well as building and maintaining excellent working relationships with those in all service lines to ensure a consistent service is provided throughout, taking full ownership for the service levels across the board.

Hours: 7:00-19:00 covered with 8 hours shifts
Salary: £36, 380

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of leading the delivery of outstanding service within a corporate and public space environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. A proven track record in achieving positive results whilst managing change is also desired
