We’re looking for someone who is ready to go the extra mile to ensure our residents and guests feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
As a Welcome Host / Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a lasting impression by greeting them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You will also provide vital assistance to the concierge team, helping to maintain a consistently high standard of service across the reception and resident experience areas.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Flexibility to work differing shifts is required.
Salary: £30,015 per annum
This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
Must have experience in the service industry. Energetic, strong attention to details and excellent customer service.
