Portico have an outstanding opportunity for a Receptionist (Welcome Host) to join our award winning team based at the City of London offices of a world-renowned Banking Client.
The team take pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
The new Welcome Host will join the team on a full-time basis and will play a key role in several areas. They will most prominently be involved with the meet and greet of staff and visitors, as well as the management and facilitation of meeting rooms.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 7am-6:30pm
Salary: £32,082
To join the team, you will be an efficient and organized team player with strong communication skills. A customer-focused approach is imperative for this role, so the successful candidate will have some experience in delivering a top end level of customer services within a high-pressure environment.
