The Receptionist role. You are to maintain and overlook the upkeep of meeting rooms, Reception and Switchboard services.   You will need to complete daily room checks, communicate to maintenance/catering/cleaning teams if required, troubleshoot IT services and also set up the room for all meeting room styles and meeting the clients  standards. You should be experienced in sending/corresponding via email and being organised with your to-do tasks. You would need to adapt and balance the need of both pleasing the client and Portico Family. You should have good social skills and a kind-character whilst maintaining relations with all departments/levels of clients. You are expected to respond appropriately to any given situation. To be able to manage pressure and multiple workloads at one given time. To be diligent with ordering supplies, competent in working in a team and be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the business. 

Hours: 40 Hours between 7:30 - 18:00
Salary: £29,985

Minimum of 2 years in a service role. You must be self-motivated, pro-active and have the ability to multi-task and handle pressure in any given situation. To have a respectable level of the English language both verbally and via email usage. To have experience in IT - Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office programmes. You should have confidence and adaptability in your personal skills.
