Portico are currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Client Support Assistant), based at the Birmingham offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.

The Client Support Assistant will be part of a team of 3 responsible for looking after the visitor journey, reception desk, meeting room management, as well as ad hoc admin duties and liaising closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth overall experience.

Hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri

Salary: £22,500

Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills, giving them the ability to build long lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management.

Experience of delivering 5 star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential.
