We have an amazing opportunity for a customer service star to join Portico as a Corporate Receptionist (Client Host). The successful candidate will join our team at an insurance company based within one of the most iconic buildings in the city!
The position involves rotating to cover a reception desk on the ground floor and a client floor with meeting rooms.. Which means you will enjoy getting involved in a variety of tasks and interacting with new people every day.
As a Client Host you will be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong ambassador for both Portico and our Client. You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience.
You will anticipate client needs, proactively following up to ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Your problem – solving skills and flexibility are key to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while your attention to detail will help you in preparing reports and making sure your surroundings are both presentable and safe.
We are looking for someone who loves providing a warm and upbeat welcome, with outstanding personal presentation and the ability to engage with people in a genuinely welcoming way.
Corporate Reception experience is extremely desirable
5* or high-end customer service experience is essential
Switchboard and Events experience is also beneficial.
