The role of the Receptionist is to provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors alike, to serve as a coordination point between internal operations of Fidelity International and the external world of their clients, ensuring that the highest level of client care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders.
Hours: 40 hours
Salary: £34, 240
The purpose of this role profile is to focus attention on the most important aspects of the role of Receptionist. It is not intended to be a complete list of every duty and it is therefore expected that the day-to-day performance of the job. 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
Previous experience working in a corporate/hotel environment essential
