Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception?
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator for a brand new Portico contract, based at a global energy provider in central London.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuine friendly and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and helping with event coordination. Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £30,000
Customer services experience is essential, preferably within corporate or high-end service environment.
A background in office admin is highly desirable
The successful candidate will have a highly professional demeanour, strong written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of MS office.
They will be self motivated, an excellent problem solver and show high levels of flexibility and adaptability.
