Portico are on the lookout for a strong and passionate Multi-site Team Leader & Events Coordinator who can drive our teams outstanding front of house services across our clients account. 

Our client are global trailblazers in the financial services industry, offering life insurance, pensions & investment services, who have a large portfolio consisting of more than 10 buildings. 

The London Supervisor will oversee a team of 11+ Welcome Hosts, as they operate the reception services within multi-occupied buildings across London. They will work with the team overseeing on site services and events, managing absences, working within budgets, and ensuring that they are motivated to reach their full potential. 

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, as per business needs 
Location: All client locations are within London & M25 apart from 1 in Watford & 1 St Albans. Travel to these locations is necessary once per month.
Salary: £32,550 per annum + £150 per month towards travel

Although the successful candidate will be fully trained across our client’s portfolio so that they can provide absence cover, they will already have experience of managing a team and must be able to provide strong examples that demonstrate knowledge of key managerial behaviours.

The ability to travel to different locations is also essential for this position.
