Portico are on the lookout for a Reception & Community Manager to manage our brand-new team based in one of the most impressive office buildings in Midtown!
The building is a multi-occupied corporate office building that services 2500 tenants. The stylish, spacious reception leads up to all 10 floors, including the available sixth floor with 18,745 square feet of bright expansive workspace and its own private terrace, set around a central atrium.
Leading a small ground floor reception team to deliver 5* service, the Community Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, championing the addition of pop-ups/events and being the main point of contact between the client, the tenants and Portico.
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, the successful Community Manager will have full leadership duties including preparing schedules, processing invoices and ordering. They will also be responsible for authorising absences and annual leave, assisting in the completion of monthly reports, payroll, managing the buildings social media, and other ad hoc duties to support the contract.
Hours: 40 hours, as required, Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 18:00pm
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a Corporate Reception environment. They will be an enthusiastic people person who is taking the next step on their leadership journey.
Previous Leadership experience is essential. Events Management experience is highly desirable.
