Portico is now looking for an amazing Mandarin speaking Receptionist to work alongside our team at a well know client in the banking industry. Our team is based at the London offices of the bank, who’s vision is to become the foremost Chinese bank in the UK.
The successful receptionist will spend their time rotating between a ground floor reception and internal floor reception, whilst also helping with facilities and administrative tasks. Other duties include office management tasks, arranging events for the tenants and helping senior executives where necessary.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £29,757
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service as well as desire to learn and grow within the industry. You will also have a natural ability to build rapport with people from all levels of a business and the ability to adapt your approach to the person in front of you. Someone with a positive can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help people will fit right in!
Business level communication in both Mandarin and English are vital for this role.
