Portico are on the lookout for an organised and professional Front of House Manager to oversee our team based at an American hedge fund in Central London.
The warm welcome from our front of house team determines the first impressions guests and visitors have of our client’s business. However, the role of the Front of House Manager is not just to champion the meet and greet provided by the reception team, but includes the delivery and operation of the meeting rooms services too.
This position is very hands on. Meaning that the successful Front of House Manager will not just oversee the service delivery, they will lead from the front, actively participating in all areas.
The successful Front of House Manager will also need to be a very strong leader, as they will have full management responsibilities to a team of Welcome Hosts and Facilities Coordinators.
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between 8am-6pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
The successful candidate will be proactive with requests, diligent with all tasks and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. They will be flexible, people oriented and have a high-level understanding of how to deliver a polished, high-quality standard of customer service, consistently and effectively.
Experience of managing a team and overseeing a corporate front of house service is essential.
