The role of the host is to look after the client floor reception, work alongside the team of 2 other hosts, the hosting of events, hospitality for the floor and the preperation of the meeting rooms, the pantry, helping with external catering and lunches onsite. To be able to book and assist with the VSM for the meeting rooms, set up of meeting rooms and assisting with the AV as and when required. Hosting and taking charge of the hospitality for the site and delivering a 5 star customer service at all times.
Salary: £30,350
Hours: 40 hours
This role is highly visible and key will be to maintain current strong relationships and standards with clients and the current team onsite. This role is also to support the team leader and client onsite with additional duties as and when required.
