Portico are on the lookout for a customer focused Community Manager to oversee our small team based at a unique campus offering multi-occupied office space in Canary Wharf!
Equipped with private terraces and a roof garden overlooking London, this modern commercial building it's the perfect space to work, eat and socialise. This Portico team are excited to enhance the service on site with ad-hoc events and activities which aids the overall strategy for the building.
The Community Manager is the beating heard of a vibrant community and most senior Portico team member on site. Their duty is to oversee our front of house operation, ensuring that excellent service is delivered across two reception spaces and other public areas. With a heavy focus on sustainability, wellness and social responsibility, the Community Manager must spearhead lots of exciting initiatives and continue to grow a thriving building community.
This is a dynamic role, with many additional duties including: Building app content management; organising a busy events calendar; community/occupier liaison; organising all aspects of unique and engaging lobby activations; and aiding ad hoc building management projects.
As well as overseeing the operation, the Community Manager will also have full management duties to our passionate lifestyle team, who are immersed and equally enthused to deliver excellence.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week Based onsite Mon-Fri, between 8am-6pm
Salary: £42,000 per annum
The successful candidate will have proven experience of overseeing a front of house operation, and be comfortable driving change and innovating all aspects of our offering.
They will be the go-to person for all building issues between the occupiers and the client. So, a friendly personality and excellent communication skills are a must.
They will have previous experience of team management, as well as a knowledge of recruitment, HR, social media & events,
They will be comfortable in delivering monthly reports and handling all financial aspects of contract management.
